Duquesne Law Review
Abstract
The United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals has held that in an action by a woman against her former husband for injuries arising out of an automobile accident, the law of the state of the accident rather than the law of the state of domicile would be controlling on the issue of interspousal immunity.
Purcell v. Kapelski, 444 F.2d 380 (3d Cir. 1971).
