Abstract

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has held Pennsylvania's two doctor commitment procedure for the mentally ill to be unconstitutional.

Dixon v. Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 325 F. Supp. 966 (M.D. Pa. 1971).
