Duquesne Law Review
Abstract
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has reaffirmed the doctrine of interspousal immunity, rejecting the argument that an unliquidated tort claim is separate property within the meaning of the Married Women's Property Act, despite the fact that the tort was committed prior to coverture.
DiGirolamo v. Apanavage, 454 Pa. 557, 312 A.2d 302 (1973).
