Abstract
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has held that the State Bureau of Correction may not locate one of its facilities in a municipality in disregard of a local zoning ordinance since the state legislature did not clearly intend that the Bureau of Correction should prevail in such a conflict of authority.
