Abstract

A federal court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has held that portions of the Pennsylvania Code of Professional Responsibility relating to attorney advertising are violative of the first amendment to the United States Constitution.

Spencer v. The Honorable Justices of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, 579 F. Supp. 880 (E.D. Pa. 1984).
