Abstract

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has held that the driving under the influence violation must be the direct cause of death and that causation must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

Commonwealth v. Lenhart, 520 Pa. 189, 553 A.2d 909 (1989).
