Duquesne Law Review
Abstract
This article surveys several recent Pennsylvania court decisions in the area of health care law. The topics addressed by the Authors include confidentiality of National Practitioner Data Bank Reports and other peer review materials, liability under corporate negligence theories, medical monitoring claims, and hospital billing in the context of uninsured patients.
