Duquesne Law Review

Abstract

The United States Supreme Court found that a condition of release can diminish or eliminate a released prisoner's reasonable expectation of privacy such that a suspicionless search by law enforcement officers would not offend the Fourth Amendment.

Samson v. California, 126 S. Ct. 2193 (2006).
