Abstract
The purpose of this article is to examine the validity of the "bounty hunter" objection to plaintiff's treble damage antitrust litigation, to review the difficulties encountered by the treble damage "bounty hunter" and to suggest how states and other public bodies may make more effective use of the antitrust laws."
