Abstract

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has upheld recovery on a Homeowner's Policy to indemnify the perpetrator of a crime for damages not intentionally caused in the course of a burglary.

Eisenman v. Hornberger, 438 Pa. 46, 264 A.2d 673 (1970).
